Return & Refund Policy
At ArtByMilla, we take pride in our handcrafted linen napkins and art pieces, all created in our Seattle studio. We want you to be delighted with your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied, we are here to help.
Return Windows
Stocked Items (Napkins & Wall Art): Eligible for return within 30 days of delivery.
Made-to-Order Items: Eligible for return within 7 days of delivery.
Customized & Limited Edition Items: These are Final Sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
2. Item Condition Requirements
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
Unused, unwashed, undamaged, and unaltered.
In the original packaging.
In the same condition that you received it.
Note: We may request photos of the items to validate their condition prior to authorizing the return.
3. Fees and Restocking
Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee applies to all eligible returns (Stocked Napkins, Made-to-Order items, and Wall Art). This fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
Cancellations: Orders cancelled more than 24 hours after purchase are subject to a 15% cancellation fee.
4. How to Initiate a Return
We offer an easy online return process:
Log In: Log in to your ArtByMilla account. (If you checked out as a guest, you can create an account using the same email address used for your order).
Select Order: Navigate to "My Orders," select the order you wish to return, and click "Return or Replace Items."
Get Label: Once your request is approved, you will receive a confirmation email with a prepaid shipping label.

5. Refunds & Processing Time
Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse:
Approval: We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the item's condition.
Processing: If approved, your refund will be processed within **15 business days.
Payment Method: Refunds are issued to the original method of payment.
6. Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
Final Sale promotion items.
Customized or personalized items.
Limited Edition items.
Items damaged through normal wear and tear or improper washing.
7. Missing or Lost Packages
If your tracking says "Delivered" but you cannot find the package:
Wait 72 Hours: Carriers often mark items delivered prematurely.
Check Surroundings:** Check with neighbors or secondary mailboxes.
Report Quickly:** You must report a missing package to us within 1 week of the expected delivery date.
If reported > 1 week later: We will ask you to file a claim with the carrier directly, and we cannot guarantee a replacement.
